This page explains what information H@rts collects when you use our website, chatbot, or Training Hub, and how we handle it. Last updated August 2026.
We collect information you choose to give us — we don't track visitors silently or sell data.
We use the information above only to run the service you're using: to follow up on a project quote, to reply to you in the chatbot, to sign you into the Training Hub and track your course progress, and to issue and verify certificates. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
If you sign in to the Training Hub, we set two strictly-necessary session cookies (sb_at and sb_rt) to keep you logged in. They're marked Secure and HttpOnly and aren't used for tracking or advertising. We don't currently run any analytics or advertising cookies.
Your browser also stores a few things locally on your own device (not on our servers) to make the site work smoothly: your chosen language, a cache of chatbot answers, and a local backup of anything you submit through the lead or review forms in case the request to our server fails.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and your information may pass through them as part of that:
These providers only receive what's needed to perform their function and don't use your data for their own purposes.
We keep lead, chatbot, and Training Hub account information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required for our business records. You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
For any privacy question or to request access to or deletion of your data, reach us at support@hartsdigitalhub.com or +237 622 341 343.
